Emirates has deplorable customer support. The distributors become although they're doing us a benefit not really a support for pay.

Travelling was worse. I observed flight attendant rude and declining a aid along with his baggage. The older traveler had a back issue and had required help spot his carryon about the overhead area. It was a demand he'd created while arranging the solution. While he requested the flight attendant she began spewing and shouting. Lastly among the passangers assisted the oldman.

I dont know if this is actually the picture the Dubai govt wish to potray about thier national flight.
