Kept my money after product was returned

I purchased Zymosine with the hopes of easing a shoulder problem I've had for over 10 yrs. I took the product with me to a Dr's appt. And was advised to return the product, as it was not going to help what is wrong with my shoulders. I packaged everything up and mailed it back to the company and after eight weeks of emails and phone calls, always leaving a message I still haven't heard a word. I am a disabled person trying to live on SSI and can't afford to loose $80.00 dollars. Buyer beware, do not do business with these people, you too will be sorry.
