Company would not email or call me and never sent product

I saw online the product my granddaughter wanted for her cell phone. Product was $10.99. I contacted the company and asked if they would accept a money order. They replied yes. I purchased the M.O. And mailed to them. Waited for weeks and heard nothing. I started trying to contact by the emails they had listed which was about four. No reply. I did this over and over. They would not answer at all. I have all of the emails I sent to them. Not the first one from this company. All I was buying was a phone cover. Or, thought I was. To this day, I haven't heard one word from these people. I am so disgusted.
