Cortiban ripoff billing erro

I signed up for the free trial of Cortiban for 4.95. It took 7 days to get to me - I honestly thought the order didn't go through. When it got here I looked at it and decided to send it back.

I call Boulder Nature Labs and got my RMA #. I sent the product back but of it didn't make it in the trial time period. I then noticed the charge of 69.99 on my CC. I emailed and was told the package had not arrived (2 weeks after I mailed it) and I needed to call them. I emailed back to ask if when the package arrived could they refund my money. I was told to call so I did. The CS lady told me that since I didn't return it in time I would not get a refund but that they had received the product back - unopened. She also told me the trial begain the day I placed the order. I asked to speak to someone higher up and was told nobody could help me get my money back.

Honestly I can see that the trial was up and I got charged but you would think that if they got the product back then they would reverse the charges. The real kicker is that they didn't charge my card until the day after they got the product back. Any other company I have dealt with would have given the credit but not this company.

Don't buy from this company unless you are prepared to give them 69.99. They not only have my money but their product too.
