Www.Three weeks and they haven't returned my calls/emails

I actually called the toll free number before ordering because I had a question about a product. A professional sounding phone service answered, saying something along the lines of "Thank you for calling Saveonu.com. Someone will be with you shortly. (hold music) All of our customer service representatives are busy assisting other customers. Please leave a message and we'll call you back by the end of the business day." I left my first message.

Day two: No one called me back from day one. I called again and got the same message. I didn't leave a message this time. I had an event to go to and I wanted to try a product on my hair before the event so I went ahead and bought the product online the next day, despite not hearing from anyone.

A few days later I receive email notification that my order had shipped and they provided me with the tracking information. The next day, under the tracking information, the shipper said they needed more information from the sender to deliver the product. I called saveonu.com and got the same message. I sent them an email at e-mail@saveonu.com with the correct address (I've been living here for nearly 20 years and have never had a problem with shipments) and I asked them in the email to make sure that the shipper has the correct address.

At this point I still had not heard from saveonu.com. The next time I looked at the tracking information, I found that the shipment was being returned to sender. I called and got the same message, and left another message. I also sent an email. Still no response.

At this point it's been three weeks and I haven't heard from the company not once. I paid nearly $20 to ship 4oz of product ground shipping via UPS — an extremely exorbitant price to pay to issues with shipping. I really just wish I could talk to someone there but I can't get through to anyone and they received the return shipment a week ago and they haven't even tried to contact me.

Saveonu and don't bother with saveonu.com. It's not worth the headache!
