I also have a large issue with this company. It appears Time Warner Cable uses this company to fnd any means t cut costs on health care by having Budco do" random" audits of employees without their kmoweledge or consent. My case I received no notice about needing to verify then my insurance was dropped. They do not contact certified mail. Class A is all they use. IIt is not their issue if I do not receive notification. TIME WARNER Cable uses this to in my opinion shave high dollar. Families off the bottom line. To date I called my Hr rep who passed me on to budco. Budco refers me to the internal company website that directs me t my Local Hr rep. A massive circle jerk that only leaves me with no insurance for no reason I have been able to fine. 6 years and this company cuts my insurance. No were in my benefit package does it state submitting to random verification. All I can advise is to obtain legal council as Budco sets em up for an inept human resource dept o kick you out.
