Charged me not Giving Results

They charged me 100$ then decided that it would be 50$ more without telling anyone untill a month after school then made me wait until Feb to tkae test even though i graduated in Oct.

Now after all of that it's April 22 and no test results, if you call on the phone it just states they are too busy to take your call at this time and I have called at various times. I want my money back even if i do fail it's been so long since school their is no way for me to remember all of that after I have to sit around and just wait can't work. Since this is a state facility they will not care I have talked to them on the phone but all they tell me is they mailed it out again now it has been more then 7 days since they supposedly remailed it out.
