Their installer caused a catastrophic leak in my home. I was told someone would come to my home within 3 days to inspect the damage. 1 week and massive amounts of mold later, we still sit here waiting. I have ultimately called my homeowner's insurance and are facing thousands of dollars of repairs. I have never in my life seen this level of unprofessionalism. They won't even call me back. Unbelievable that in todays day and age, there is a multi million dollar company that can get away with this! Beware of time warner cable!
