The Ford Motor Company Identified in the ESP Agreement

When i was sold this contract i was told by the salesperson that the contract would start at the end of my 3 year 30000 miles contract. When i called the company regarding my payment is when i found this information out. I have called the company well over 10 times with promises that Mr. Ray or Mr. Jericho would call back it never happened. Never take out an extended warranty from any company.
When the initial contact was made i was told that this was contract was with Ford Motor company but when i call all the numbers i was given i get Budco Financial Services, inc
