Scam business. It doesn't actually exist, they just rent space above another business but nobody works there. They take your money and don't show up

I arrived early and a man downstairs (in another placce of business) told me to wait upstairs on a couch. I was confused because there was nobody in the waiting room, nobody greeted me (not even a sign or any other visual indication telling me I am in the right spot).in fact, nobody even showed up for my appointment. I waited in an empty room for a half hour and saw NOBODY. This is incredibly unprofessional. I even called their number and could not reach anyone or even leave a message because the inbox was full. I have never been to a place of business as unprofessional and disappointing as this one. This is the typical example of a sham business that is not actually in operation, and only scams people.
