Tony Gray, Gray's Model Management
Formerly Kids.com ripped my family off for $694 and did not provide the services promised!

We recieved a letter in January that stated that our child had been brought to the attention of Grays model management. This letter urged us to call for more info. And we did. We made an appointment with Tony Gray on a Saturday in January.

We showed up for our appointment at the scheduled time and no one was there. We waited about 30 minutes and just as we were about to leave another family with a baby arrived stating that they also had an appointment with Tony. Also, a man that works at the next door business stated that there was a family there waiting around for a long time before we arrived.

We left and called Tony. We left a message asking what happened to him and he called us back shortly apologzing and stating that he had a flat tire. He wanted us to reschedule and we did. We went to our appointment a couple weeks later and waited for a long time as he was with another family.

We went into Tony's office and first of all asked which child he was interested in as we have 3. He stated that they don't work with teens and that our 2 little one were both very cute and that he would like to sign both of them on for a 5 year contract at $694 for both. We sort of felt like it was high pressure sales but thought maybe he was coming across that way because his waiting room was filling up.

We decided to sign them on and agreed to a payment plan of 3 payments. We took our kids in for their head shots to be taken as Tony instructed us to do so. We went to one of his recommended photographers and paid $40 for a sitting fee, $20 per kid. Then nothing ever happened after that! Tony did nothing.

He still doesn't have his website up and this is 3 months later. He never obtained any proofs or prints from the photographer. He said that all we have to do is take the kids in every 6 months to keep their headshots up to date and that he would take care of the rest of the leg work, that is why we were paying him afterall!

We even called him after we had the pictures taken to let him know about it and he again stated that he would take call of everything and leave everything to him, it would all be taken care of.
