I am absolutely amazed that this place can pay their rent or that they have not yet been shut down. I do not understand how any business can be so grossly flawed. I came with hopes to help me loose the last 15 lb's I have been trying to get rid off after my twins. The moment I got there, there were 2 people waiting to be seen that looked irritated from waiting. Everyone has teir bad days so I payed it no mind. After half hour passed my appointment I was seen by a girl that looked no older than 19 years old. Took my vitals incorrectly (I was a Medical assitant for many years myself). I was scared she did not clean my buttocks with alcahol before she injected the b12. She recapped the needle and walked to another room to find the sharps container and did not use gloves. The doctor I had to see to get the HCG prescription was very short and rude like he did not have time for this and irritable like i was just a number. At the front the staff did not seem trained and took for ever cheking people out and even had to wait for someone else to come to show them how to work the computer. I had questions so asked to speak with Renee. She finally comes out and ofcourse she was rushing as well and just repeted everything everyone else said as if it was a rehersed script. She said she had appointments but if I wanted I could wait and someone would be in with me to answer my questions. I waited for 25 minutes and when i asked when someone was coming the girl did not even know i was in there waiting. At that moment a door was opened and I clearly saw a naked patient layng on the treatment table. I could not elive the lack of privacy they had. I was horrified and felt like it was a bad dream. I am so confused as to how these people are in business I just do not understand. Wow!!
