Still have not received my glasses back!

Our issue is the fact that I delivered a set of Prada Structures and prescription handled contacts appreciated at over $525.00 to some business named FrameFixers for fix of the damaged joint at first of summer time. The organization billed me $58.50 for that fix. Months passed and that I didn't notice from their website.

I named after about 6 months and was informed they were waiting on the component. A later contact per week later created the component is in however they were attempting to find the holder comprising my spectacles so that they might make the fix. A later contact another week later created the spectacles were set and set-to be shipped out that week. A couple of days later I required standing and was handed a following range for that USPS. The following number was unacceptable. Next went many months worth of calls backwards and forwards where I had been informed the delivery business was attempting to find the bundle and they had never-lost a bundle before. After nearly 2 weeks had handed I had been informed the package have been situated from the delivery organization plus they had overlooked to place the final type of the tackle about the bundle. These were likely to deliver the spectacles back again to the organization and FrameFixers might FedEx the spectacles back again to me.

I waited 14 days with no bundle. Following calls made no solution. I quit message after concept, week after week. Today within November after continuing to contact, I obtained a voicemail information from the blocked quantity having said that they had found my spectacles in one single holder and also the contacts in another holder and were likely to place them back together and deliver them also me.

I left a return concept in regards to the issue of "that which was all of the info preceding about deals being not resolved properly? If my spectacles were still unassembled, that which was all that you simply explained before?" since that time I've not had the opportunity to obtain through the point. It's been months.

The man seems truly personable as he informs me a brand new rest each time I eventually cope with. He's a liar along with a thief.! A liar along with a crook!!! Don't deliver your home to him. Discover another more trustworthy organization. Examine first in the BBB!!!
