The organization offers spectacles via the web with handles in the united kingdom. It purports to get experienced company for 35 years and also have a 24/7 help-line. I requested and taken care of custom spectacles. Fourteen days later I examined to determine where my purchase was. I had been recommended the structures were unavlable. I had been requested to selected additional structures. Again I'd no-contact so when I chased via e-mail was recommended they didn't have these structures both. Ultimately I had been provided two sets for that trouble and wait. The 2nd set came but weren't the spectacles I requested for with response contacts. The 24/7 customer point isn't 24/7. It requires 3 -4 times to obtain a reaction to emails. The address in the united kingdom I discover isn't their UK target. I've been awaiting the spectacles using the contacts I requested without achievement for 5 months. I've been provided the set I requested for one more price. I've since examined and discovered numerous reviews of bad support and fraud exercise on different boards. This company is just a fraud organization. Additionally the spectacles I obtained are of such bad craftsmanship they should be reproductions.
