Zenni Optical - eye glasses
Rude Behavio

I requested prescription spectacles from Zenni Optical. After 14 days that hadn't appeared. E mailed organization. Was advised they'd been already delivered. 1 week later, (an overall total of 3 months) nevertheless no spectacles shipped. Named organization. Guy answers telephone. I tell him that spectacles weren't shipped and provide him order quantity. He says that his documents demonstrate they were sent to my tackle by postoffice. I tell him they have not appeared. He says within an sudden snippity style: "I WILL GIVE YOU THE TRACKING NUMBER AND YOU WILL GO UP USING THE POSTOFFICE."

I'm today in procedure for examining with postal office. I've discovered several related grievances online about that organization. I'm expecting that somebody from zenni may study these complaints and do something about this issue, particularly the rude behavior of the worker. I really hope they have the glasses in my experience.
