They offered a rebate in the form of Visa gift cards in the amount of $99.96 and did NOT, in fact, rebate ANYTHING

AcaiOptimum offered a rebate in the amount of $99.96 if you bought two orders of their product. I ordered the product in August, they have acknowledged during multiple telephone conversations that they have a record of my purchase and rebate form, and have promised each time I have talked with them that they would send the rebate - in the form of a Visa gift card - "right away." I has now been two months and I have seen absolutely nothing. I also purchased their AdvancedColon product under identical circumstances (buy 2 - get a rebate of $99.96), but again have received nothing.
