This company cashed a check through my account for 49.95. I have never heard of them, the email address that they list is bogus, and noone ever answers the phone when you call the number listed. I

To my surprise, my checking account was debited for 49.95. I was informed that a check had been cashed and the money was paid to Preferred Health Insurance. I have never heard of this company. Attempts to reach them have been unsuccessful. There is a recording stating the business hours and that all customer service reps are busy with other customers and to leave a message and someone will call you back. Yeh right, I am still waiting on my return call. The email address that is listed is bogus.
