Unauthorized charges to a debit card/Which cost overdraft fees and poor credit entries

Please have cvs credit unauthorized charges and send letter to bank so they will remove negative credit entries. My son allowed meto use his debit card in an emergency situation. When the dr. Placed new scripts CVS used the debit card vw/o my authorization.
