American Business Financial, the crook has many so-called names. Home American Credit.inc. Upland Mortgage, Alaska Seaboard Partners Limited and S.N. Servicing Corporation. These are some of the names for your information. To make a long story short.

This company is uneasy to do business with has added an interest rate of 16.25 unknown to myself. The charge of a commitment fee in the amount of $1000.00. The charge of an originating fee in the amount of $5000.00. The charge of an underwriting fee paid from the loan proceeds in the amount of $1000.00. And a prepayment clause that denies any prepayment in the first 24 months and a major penalty for prepayment at other times during the loan period.

Charged an Attorney review fee. And the Attorney did not conduct an indivdual review of the loan filed. I was charged for a service that I did not recieve. Refuses and slow about sending payoff statement they has caused a conflict with every bank loan officer.

I have came in contact with to lower the interest rates of 16.25 and I have been unsucessful trying to sell my home because they keep adding funny charges to the loan and making it hard for myself and easy for them to steal. American Business has filed Bankruptcy but they are using other names to collect money don't let them trick you.

They refuses to make an Adjustment of the funny fees. They like stealing and taking trick of the trade.
