This policy is pure garbage. I paid 6 months worth of premiums and when the day came that I had to visit a dentist I called the 1-800 number on the front of my joke of an I.D. Card and was given a list of 9 providers in my area. 7 of the nine I called had never heard of this outfit and the 2 that knew the name did not accept them.
