Aetna not covering claims & giving false information over the phone

Our grievances with Aetna medical health insurance vary from September to provide. The statements are regarding treatment providers for my child that has cerebral palsy. I've two main continuing issues: Aetna associates lied in my experience within the telephone, informing me that more treatment compared to 60-days created in strategy could be accessible when her physician published in a notice, after which Aetna refused the protection for these statements declaring it had been not within my plan and wouldn't remain behind the misinformation distributed by their workers that brought me to carry on treatment after which needed to purchase it by myself. Our next criticism is concerning the copay amounts for that treatment classes that people did have, Aetna has retroactively altered the levels of the copays, and breaks have been released in my experience, nevertheless the quantities aren't constant and Aetna now's declining to provide me a detail of exactly what the copays were, or present me where in my own plan it says exactly what the copays are. They're today stating they created a "error" in since the treatment within the first-place, so that they aren't providing me the info or further breaks to help make the copays constant.
