Dialysis Treatment Claims Unpaid, Owes $25,000 in Back Charges

I have had Aetna ins. For a little over 3 years, for the last almost 2 years I have been on dialysis. The first year Aetna paid my claims, now in the second year they have not paid and now I owe 25,000.00 in back treatment charges. My wife and I have talked to several people at Aetna and each has a different answer and a lot of them have been very rude, I was a police officer for 31 years and was never been treated that rudely by anyone. I'm posting this just so people will know if you get sick and you have Aetna they will let you down.
