I went Observe docter John Israel M.D. Orthopedic Doctor. 942 Fifth Ave NYny 10021. I arrived to his office on January 24. All he did was request to determine my right leg. Therefore he might begin to see the tag from my surgery on May 7. I did so that. Then he requires me why i desired my stick, I told him since cant walk without it. Then he said thanks for arriving. Our 26year boy was their he observed and noticed everythink that continued in his workplace that day.By him producing that fake statement employees compensation Panel has had away all my treatment, my tranports, and my money. I don't have any additional payments arriving how am i surpose to reside. All since this physician lied and he analyzed me and he never contact me.
