There has been many times with one prescription that needs my doctoris agreement they have stated they sent it in to the doctor. I never obtained a phone from CVS Drugstore allowing me realize that the physician didn't deliver the agreement back and so I thought he didn't need me about the prescription. I required this refill in November therefore in February I approached my physician's workplace concerning the prescription plus they had sent the agreement back again to CVS Drugstore on January 13th; nevertheless, I had been never informed. Our doctor's office sent the prescription again recently so when I named nowadays the drugstore again stated they've not obtained something in the doctor, today the doctor workplace has shut for that weekend which is just a prescription that I want. I requested CVS to contact my physician and was informed they might not contact the physician needed to contact them. I am aware this can be process for CVS but personally I think if you should be available of helping people CVS must make certain their customers get the things they require and in the minimum contact me to I would like to understand they never got something from my physician. This isn't the very first time this problem has occurred so that as muchas I love using CVS I might have to visit another drugstore to ensure I get what I want.
