Imagine my surprise while checking my bank statement. There it was, a charge I had no idea would be there. $29.95 had been taken. As I went back it turns out it had been taken 6 times! Well, I googled the name of the company and found usacomplaints.com and saw that others had fallen victim to these douche-bags also. I called their customer service # that I had found on another thread on this site (1-800-560-6726) and asked for this phantom service to be discontinued and a refund of all the my hard earned money. It took a little doing and some false friendliness, but alas they said all my money would be returned within 10-15 business days. That was today so we'll see. On another posting on this site I see that a user states that only one charge was credited back to their account. I think this may be due to the fact that I had to speak with a supervisor. The first rep I spoke to said she was only authorized to refund one charge. The customer service people were actually very helpful and I think that is worth mentioning. I will let all know how my refund process turns out. What a way to learn I should be checking my bank statements more frequently. All told I was dinged for $197.00. So if they got you for less don't feel so bad.
