A.R.M. Professional Services LLC OVER CHARGED ME and CALLED ME A D

I had to pay back a debt that went into collections. I found the company that had my account. It was A.R.M. Professional Services LLC in Chicago IL. I called them up, and made my payment. They had horrible customer service, and there was no confirmation number, or recipet that they could send me right then.
So I waited, and saw the debt come out of my bank. All over right? Nope! 20 days later, they decide to charge my account again. First off, how do they still have my card number? Then they charge me for more than the original amount.
So I was a bit upset, rightfully so, if you ask me. So I call up and I get the same bad customer service, which is actually from the OWNER! He was short and rude to me when I said they had charged my account twice. Then he told me they didn't charge it, or that there was going to be a refund given. I asked who was going to get me that money today since I really need it. Then the guy hangs up the phone on me! Unbeleivable! I call back and the same guy picks up, he says I was acting like a d*k and also called me an a-hole, then hung up on me again! By now, you should realize that these people need to take the word "professional" out of their name, because that's the last thing they are.
Finally a woman calls back and says the refund is on it's way. I will see if it comes in by tomorrow, but I imagine this is not the last time I will have to deal with these people.
All I can say is that this is far beyond the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I can;t beleive that these people are trusted to collect money. If I were a business owner looking for a collections agency this is the last place I would ever consider. And if you have a debt with these people, make sure you keep close tabs on your bank account because 20 days later they might just help themselves to more of your hard earned money.
