Inconsistant—Will Not Return Calls or E-Mails

MedVitamins.com recently sent me Guai-Aid, a product to reduce mucus like Mucinex.
It gave me heartburn. I sent an e-mail and they offered to send a replacement advanced product. I returned the original bottles. To keep the story short they only sent half as many of the returned replacement bottles.

I e-mailed them. Nothing. I called them—no one ever answers or returns e-mails any more. I checked them out on the Better Business Bureau—no record of them. I have been a customer for many years and yet they treated me so badly.

There is already a complaint against this firm and a rebuttal by an employee claiming this is a great company. Well, send me the rest of my order. Return calls and e-mails.
Don't irritate formerly friendly customers. I was your customer for about 11 years!!!
