Refund my money

Order a muscle stimulator from them. When using it two of the electrodes did not work properly. I returned it, called and spoke with someone the day they received it and she told me she would refund my money because I only had it a couple days.

Over a month later and I am still waiting on refund. This even after I purchased a different piece of equipment from them that was more expensive.
