Hardwaredock.com Company authorized return exchange of defective memory and did not send replacement memory Orange County California

Internet & Web

In early January I contacted nexthardwareshop.com to ask if defective computer memory (512 MB SDRAM) I purchased from them could be exchanged. They indicated it could be exchanged and so I sent them the memory via Priority Mail.

After not recieving the replacement within 4 weeks I contacted them for status. I recieved returned e-mails (mailbox too full) and no one answered the phone, always voice mails. I left numerous voice mails, never to be returned.

Therefore I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau since nexthardwareshop.com is a member of the BBB of Orange County, CA and there were no complaints filed against them.

Since that time nexthardwarshop.com has not replied to the BBB's correspondence and the BBB has given up, indicating my comments and negative rating of the company are now available for anyone who inquires about the company.

Ironically it appears as if the company has changed their alias to hardwaredock.com because the web pages redirect to hardwaredock.com

I have filed a complaint with the FBI concerning this activity.
