I received same letter as everyone else has, claiming Colon Ceanse 3000. First, if I took advantage of this special offer, I NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. After half a dozen attempts to call them, I was astonished my call was not dropped. A "Carissa" answered my call and asked for account number. When I gave the account number, she asked if this was under (first name withheld) Brown. I said no..., she asked if it was under "Sarkis" (my first name). She wanted me to verify my address. I said I will not do that, you tell me what address you have for me. She said I have to verify it. She very politely said "Unfortunately sir, I can not give you any information until you verify your address for me". To which I politely said "Well we are done then. Thank you very much"... Silence on the other end. I hung up.
I know I will be getting follow up collection attempts... To which I say BRING IT ON!
