Celebteethwhite.com Multiple transactions from our account, can't get our money back!

We signed up for the $. 99 trial in January. When we got the box, all that was in this box was a little tube with a brush and a 1/4 piece of paper that was an invoice. 3 days later we had 4 charges to our card for $149.95.
We immediatly called the number on their website, and were told that there were 4 accounts open in the name, but they would refund 3 of the charges. Well, 1 was refunded. We called again, this time we were told we had to e-mail a request for a refund for the other two charges. We were sent an e-mail back stating that we were past the "trial date" and we would not get our money back.
We called again and were told that they were sorry, and we would be sent a refund. Then they charged our account again! We called and told them about the new charge and that we were disputing it with the bank. They promised a refund in 5 business days.
We have cancelled our cards, and it has now been 13 business days, with a refund of 99 cents in our account.
Please notice, when they respond to this complaint, It will look EXACTLY like all the other rebuttles.
