I made the call and gave the code and when I asked what this call was about I got an individual who demanded my social security number to verify my identity. When I refused she said, "I already know who you are". I asked again who she was and she said she was with Mitchell N Kay Law Firm and she needed to verify my information. I asked who [name] she was looking for the name wasn't even close. When I asked for more information about the individual she said, " we have nothing more to talk about" and hung up the phone.

I called back two minutes later and got another individual and basically went through the same process. I then asked for the supervisor and was put on hold for about three minutes. She wouldn't give me anymore information.

Very unprofessional operation, very suspicious behavior. Hard telling what's next.
