Like others posting here, I to was taken for a ride by Sensa. I ordered the product after a painful auto service. The product arrived and after a few days I opened it and decided that it was not for me at all. Since they do not tell you what it is but rather let you find out once you receive it, it is hard to know what you are getting with the FREE TRIAL offer.
I called and played the game of getting the information, the RMA # and was supposed to be able to print a return receipt, which I did not get and was not able to find. I was ready to send it back and than things got busy and it was placed out of sight and did not get sent. I was told there would be no charge to my account and it was closed so I would not receive any other shipments. This was partially true, I was billed for the product.
I called and spoke with customer service (not really, just a hollow person) and than after not getting any satisfaction was switched to a supervisor. I explained what had happened and that I had the product to send back. OH, SORRY, your RMA has expired, we can not take it back!!! My box was opened and all contents were not opened and it is as if it just arrived! SOORY, you have been billed, we will not take it back, and is there anything else I can help you with! What kind of questions is that, you have just taken me for $90- no you can not help me.
Long story short, if you try this and receive the product and do not like it, than please once you get your RMA send it back. I would even suggest closing the account that paid for it. The product is not nearly as effective as it is claimed to be I feel, or that would not RIP people of with wording and slight of hand.
I will never deal with this company again. If you want to loose weight, monitor your intake to your output and drink lots of water, it is the cheapest and still most effective method.
