No Weight Loss, Big Bills, and No Response

My weight has always bothered me and SENSA sounded so easy (that should have been my first clue) that I decided to try the "Free Trial". I received the first box very quickly and began to use the first two shakers, but before I even really got started I began to have some health problems and was advised to stop taking anything other than the prescribed meds. I wrote an email to the"Contact us" on the SENSA website, relaying the above information and asked if they could either cancel for now or delay the shipments until I felt better and could use the product. I received no response. While I was waiting for the response, however, I received and was billed not only for the first one but the second one as well. I called and called the number listed, but never was able to get through to anyone. So I wrote a letter to the address on the box and put a cc to my credit card. I am disputing the charges and asked for directions as to how to return the product and be credited for all the product. I did receive a letter from my credit card company, but nothing again from the SENSA or Intelligent Beauty companies. I have now received a third box today and a bill for same. I am calling the cc company tomorrow to have these charges disputed again and stop them from being able to charge anything more.
Has anyone been successful in reaching a live person to talk to about this?
