This product is a scam, not only the product but also the company will promise your money back guaranteed and is not true

I order sensa products on line they advertise as a free 30 days trial, I was only supposted to pay 4.95 dls for shipping and handling. I receive the product I call before the 30 days trial to cancel this product well the representative said not to cancel the product in order to see results I need to continue using the product since they said I can extend your free trial for another 30 days.

I agree I continue to use the product and no results I call again to cancel product and again the representative give another 30 days free trial, Well after a few days I receive more products and my credit card was charge without my authorization.

I wait not thinking that my credit card was goint to be charge well my credit card was charge again. I call and at this time I ask to please cancel this service and to please refund my credit card since I din't see any results well they say I had only 30 days to cancel service and to get my money back I was never advise this I request to talk to a superviser and I was advise this is Sensa policy and they cannot refund any money I even advise the product is not open. They din't care I advise them I was never told of the policy the Sensa representative he said the call was recorded even do I was never advise said that I was aware of the policy and they cannot do nothing for me. I request to talk to a supervisor many times but I was never transfer.
