They billed my account but did not ship any product

I ordered a free trial of the acai berry when I ordered the product I could not find anything on their web site about cost or anything else about their policies
I receive the trial bottle with a packing slip no other information was included

About a week or so later I was checking my bank account and noticed charges i could not account for so I called the bank they told me natures best had submitted a charge for 79.96 I told them not to let the charge go through that it was not authorized and they told me there was nothing they could do

I called the customer service number that was on my back account for natures best they told me they had shipped out another bottle of product to me on Feb. 16th that was presidents day there was no mail i told the customer service person I spoke to I did not want the product and to cancel my account she told me they had already shipped the product and there was nothing she could do becaue their policy was sent to me by email and it stated I needed to cancel in 15 days if I did not want to receive any more product I did not see the email if they sent one so I waited another week I did not receive any product so I called again the customer person i spoke to again told me the product was shipped on Feb. 16th and it could take up to ten days to receive the product

I waited another week and called my bank and explained to them what had happened and they said I really need to resolve this with the company I ordered from so I called again I spoke to a person by the name of Lieka she told me she could ship me more product I told her I did not receive any product I did not want the product and I wanted the 79.96 credited back to my account we went round and round like this several times I finally told her I was filing a grievance with my bank and hung up
I went to the bank the next day and file a complaint and then I called our local police and filed a complait with them

The bank sent me the information to file a compliant on this web site that is it
