I ordered a free-30 day trial of Sensa Weight Loss product. When I received the item, I read the enclosed literature and realized that unless I returned the product immediately there was a good chance that my credit card would be billed for future shipments, whether I wanted the product or not. The return process is a beaucratic nightmare. The customer has to obtain what the company calls an RMA number, and trying to get it can be a hassle. Upon returning the product, I went on-line only to find hundreds of complaints from consumer across the country whose credit cards were billed time and time again for a product that they didn't want, that made many of them sick, who upon the advice of physicians were told to discontinue its use, and who, in the end, were treated with ridicule and scorn by Sensa representatives.
