Neglected to inform patients of consent to advise forms and never filed forms with governing board

Reports and consents to process were never filed on patient cases and are backlogged at the Maine General Medical Center as notated by professional staffing by registry online LVN, RN and the faculty of nursing associates providing the stat assignments at the facility.
No members of the faculty or the OR admissions gave their approval to turn in the blank forms with a signature of the admitted patient. Without the procedure outlined and the consent approved the patient would not be in HIPPA comliance for patient privacy rights.
The regulations are located at Center For Disease Control, Atlanta GA where complaints can be filed on line or by phone. The facility prides itsself on patient care and any deviation should be immediately corrected for the department head to supervise the negligent staff.
Only the direct involvement of the supervising charge nurse and the on duty physician will return the quality of care guidelines.
