Beware of metron home care agencies! This company provides terrible home care. They overbook their staff so they can't treat the patients with quality care and the attention they deserve. They have a no turn down policy even if they don't have the staff to provide the service the patient needs. The staff has to rush through home visits to meet the demands of the company! They can't do good care, they have to hurry to the next person they have to see. If they refuse, they are treated poorly. The company is more intersted in getting the bucks for their pockets, which is not passed on to the staff, than it is in providing the service the patient needs. The nurses don't have time for complications in the patient care, they have to move on...
