Bait and Scam - Credit card fraud

I tried 1 sample of Acai Berry... The charge was $29.95 and on my credit card as fit factory. The second month, we received another bottle, so I called to ask why it was sent and they said that we had signed up for automatical renewal (which we had not). At that point I cancelled, and they told me no problem. However it was too late to cancel the shipment and so I would be billed one more time. I only received 2 bottles, and was charged three times under fit factory.

The fourth month, I noticed a charge for $29.95 again, but the name was under Selfhelpffcom. When I again called them, I explained my issue and the operator just kept repeating the same thing that I had singed up for a weightloss program... I kept asking to cancel and he just kept repeating his "speech".

I finally got thru to a supervisor, and was told that I had not only purchased the Acai, but had signed up for a weightloss program, and when I cancelled the Acai, I needed to call a separate number to cancel the weightloss program... Which no one told me when I cancelled the first time. They have again told me they have cancelled, but I will need to wait a month to see if they actually have.

My advice - stay clear of this company as they are scam artists!!!
