I ordered a free trial of Acai Berry from a pop up one evening after doing some reseach online in regards to BMI/BMR info. I never saw any terms or conditions only to pay the 3.95 s/h which I wasnt going to do so I went to close the window and it said wait we can do this for $1 s/h so I put in cc info. And boom 2 weeks later I see a charge for $29.95 from FIT FACTORY a monthly membership to a weightloss website, I canceled my card and reported it with my bank I called the FIT FACTORY number and she said I signd up for it when I gave my cc# for the free trial of EZ TRIM ACAI BERRY Im repulsed I was angry and she had the audacity to say Im a valued customer I never signed up to be a customer. I will be calling back to speak with a manager if my bank cant reverse the charges.
