I signed up for a Free Trail of the Acai Berry Flush The Third Week Of October. The more I thought about it the More Uncomfortable I felt cause I had never ordered anything On-Line!

So I call a few days later telling them I want to cancel. The Man on the phone said I COULD NOT cancel and I had to wait closer to the end of my Free Trail!

He Even offered to give me another 2 weeks, and another FREE bottle!

I never received any product!

Then Yesterday I received a Charge on my Credit Card for $29.95 from Fit Factory. This Charge was NOT approved by me. I called the number I found for the Company, and DEMANDED a refund, as I also informed them that I reported their Company to the BBB and to the IC3.

I still have no Refund!

I received a call Last night 11/4/08 from yet ANOTHER company WITH my CC# offering me a Free Trial and a Free $40.00 Gas Card. And then telling me I have to cancel by said date or I would be charged $29.95 for my membership which I NEVER signed up for!

I did contact the BBB and the IC3... I think Everyone Involved with this company should!
