Rip offs

I don't understand how this company can do what they did to me. I don't usually complain about stuff but, I have had Care Credit for almost 2 1/2 years. Yesterday I get a letter from them stating they have closed my account because of my credit. I pay every month a week or two before my bill is due. What gives them the right to even run my credit report and close my account?
