Account Closed reviews - CARECREDIT CREDIT CARD

I had $2000 credit balance with care credit and had made all my payments in a timely manner previously. I went to dentist today and suddenly the account is closed due to 12 months inactivity - though I had used it and been paying with in the past year. Care credit messed everything up as now I cannot pay my dentist. I would not have scheduled my appointment if I would have known they would close the account. I tried calling in to speak with someone, but all I get is "Your account is closed. Goodbye." Not a human, a machine...
