Ripoff Scam Hurting my credit

First of all never use My Perfect Credit... If you do it will be your worse nightmare. I signed up for a free credit report and cancelled the same day. About 5 days later there was a 30.00 fee charged to my bank account.

Of course I was very upset over this and tried calling and no answer and if I did get an answer then it was a stupid recording. Anyway, after 3 or 4 attempts by email they finally wrote me back stating that would refund my account and they did.

So, I thought everything was taken care of until yesterday. I closed out the account the very first day that I opened up the account (3/25/05).. I receive a call yesterday from a collection agentcy stating that I owe them 207.00 for services through my perfect credit.

I informed them that was impossibe for I had closed out that account and I have all emails documented from them stating that. Well, they don't care they are just doing their job. The more and more I think about it I wonder if this collection agentcy is not tied in with My Pefect Credit. I have sent an email as of today to "support myperfectcredit com" stating that I want this matter resolved ASAP. I have a feeling I will not hear anything from them since it took me several attempts the first time just to cancel in which I did withing the 5 days. If that is the case I will send an email every single day and keep it documented. This is crap, this company needs to be shut down. They are screwing us and it's not fair. I'm hoping and praying for a good turn out on this, but after reading several other complaints I'm beginning to wonder.
