Care Credit
Continue to send invoices to deceased account holder children

I personally do not have an account with Care Credit. My father in law opened an account with them 12/06 and my father in law died 01/07. I first contacted Care Credit at the end of January to notify them of his death.

I was given a fax number, which I faxed the death cerificate, a letter advising them to send the last invoice to my address and our telephone number. Care Credit changed all the information, but started sending the invoices to us every month. I called every month and they gave me the same story.

Needless to say i've gotten no where with them. I've now had the 2nd collection agency contact us to collect the debt. I've sent over death cerificates and Care Credit are continuing to harrass us.

My probate attorney sent a form for them to fill out for the courts and they never sent in the form. I gave Care Credit the attorney address and phone to contact them. For some reason they fill the need to continue to call us and send notices to us.

I advised Care Credit that they're harrassing us and I am considering legal action against them.
