Promised a refund of my investment never recieved it and sued and won but never got to recieve money because I didnt know his SS number so he could be served

I originally saw an infomercial on Television in 1995 for his products and called about a distributorship. I only wanted to purchase a small amount but was talked into buying several accounts, with my out of pocket investment of over $11,000 dollars. I was guaranteed 30 accounts that they would set up for me and all I had to do was service the accounts.

To make a long story short the accounts were not there and asked for a refund of my investment. I did recieve a portion of my money after several bounced checks but was still owed around $5,000.

I went to small claims court and won but could never collect my money because I didnt know Richard Bernsteins SS# so the papers could not be served. The Judge also added a $20. A week penalty for none payment. I suppose it would be worth a great deal of money right now.
When I spoke to Richard he told me his business was in California but he commuted by plane to his home in Nevada. I know his wifes name was Valerie and she was on the board.

The LA Police Department tried to help me find him but he did not have a drivers license in California.
