Richard M Hersch and Gregg Knee are the brains of the operations. They have taken over $11,000, 000 from 100 investors. Richard m Hersch has a prior in 1994 he defrauded the IRS for $1.1 milion. He was sent to prison for 5 yrs. He is back at it again. They pay you steady for a couple of weeks at a 5% of your investment and then you get nothing but excuses.
