On 1-16-09 i ordered the 14 day trial supply, and never received it, i called on 1-23-09 and complained about not getting my product. And ask to hav my account closed. And i ws assured that there would be no more charges to my account and my 3.95 would be refunded. On 2-13-09 i called because there was a pending charge on my account for 87.13 i spoke to a man named davy and he told me that he would close the account and that my account would not be charged the 87.13, then today i saw that my account was charged anyway so i called back this a was told that i had to email my complaint YOU PEOPLE HAVE CHARGED ME TWICE AND I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY OF YOUR PRODUCT. And now all i want is my money back.
