Terrible company

1st - Missing drugs-called to report, left message. NO response. Dropped off another RX, tried to pick up 3 days later. Waited @ drive thru for 15 min, w/1 vehicle ahead of me. Asked for RX, told it was not filled, 'too early' It was a new RX, no insurance involved.

Called mgr to complain about both issues. Very rude, hung up on me. When I called back she said she was 'busy with other people', and felt I was rude for telling hew drugs were missing! Made comments about 'drug abuse', admitted they did not call Dr to verify RX, or me.

I called District Office. Left message. 3 days later. Nothing.
